Booking With Us
  • When calling for an appointment or booking online you will be asked for credit card information to reserve your appointment. All intake forms will be emailed to you once your appointment is made. Forms may be completed before your appointment time on a desktop or laptop. Using your cell phone to complete the forms is not recommended.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you may relax and enjoy our beautiful facility, and any necessary paperwork may be completed prior to your service. 
  • Your punctuality is greatly appreciated, so that we are able to dedicate the appropriate amount of time to your scheduled treatment/service. Lateness may result in a shortened treatment duration or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy
We do kindly request a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. As we are a small business, cancellations greatly affect us. Our 24 hour policy ensures an opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the original appointment time will be charged a fee. All massage therapy and non-medical aesthetic services will be charged the full service fee. All medical aesthetic services including neurotoxin/botox, dermal filler, microneedling, chemical peels, and laser appointments will be charged a $150 fee.
Return Policy
All spa services and gift certificates are non – refundable. Products can be accepted for refund or exchange within 7 days only when unopened, in its original packaging and with receipt. No refund or exchange is given after 7 days of purchase or if the product has been opened.
Personal Belongings
Most services flow best without the interference of jewelry. Please leave all valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We do not currently offer lockers for guests.
Privacy Policy
At Lexington Aesthetics, we take your privacy very seriously. Your personal information is always kept confidential. This includes your credit card information, address, phone numbers, and email address on file and services booked. We will never share or sell individual personal information. We value and respect our patients’ privacy and preferred methods of receiving (or not receiving) invitations & communications from us

Lexington Aesthetics will try to communicate policy and price changes with you in advance wherever possible (email, website or posted signage). However, we do reserve the right to change our policies and prices without notice. Prices quoted during consultations are honored for 30 days.
Spa Environment
We ask that all cell phones are silenced during your time to preserve a relaxing atmosphere for our guests. We love children. However, so that we may provide a safe and comfortable spa experience, children under the age of 15 are not allowed in our medical spa, unless they will be receiving services. Aesthetic services (such as facials) are allowed to be booked for clients 15 years and older with signed consent from parent/legal guardian. Massage services will be booked for clients 16 years and older with signed consent from parent/legal guardian.
