Massage therapy should be done according to your individual goals. Generally, a session every 2–4 weeks is effective for stress relief and general wellness. For chronic pain or ongoing muscular issues, weekly or biweekly sessions may be recommended for sustained benefits.
During your first massage therapy visit, your massage therapist will review your health history and goals, then customize the treatment accordingly. You’ll be given privacy to undress to your comfort level, and draping will be used at all times to ensure modesty and comfort.
While massage therapy is generally safe, it may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions like deep vein thrombosis, active infections, recent surgeries, or severe osteoporosis. Always consult with your physician or speak with our trained staff prior to booking.
