Spa Policies
- When calling for an appointment or booking online you will be asked for credit card information to reserve your appointment. All intake forms will be emailed to you once your appointment is made. Forms may be completed before your appointment time on a desktop or laptop. Using your cell phone to complete the forms is not recommended.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you may relax and enjoy our beautiful facility, and any necessary paperwork may be completed prior to your service.
- Your punctuality is greatly appreciated, so that we are able to dedicate the appropriate amount of time to your scheduled treatment/service. Lateness may result in a shortened treatment duration or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- A $50 no-show consultation fee will be charged for any no-show or cancellation done within 48 hours of your appointment.
- A full-service fee will be charged for any no-show/ cancellation done within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
- A $150 fee will be charged for any no-show/cancellation done within 48 hours of your scheduled toxin appointment.
We kindly request 48 for any reschedules or changes made to your appointment. Reschedules done within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee implemented to the card placed on file.

For your scheduled appointment time we reserve staff, equipment, and products specifically for you. As a small business, we have to implement these policies to better honor our patients on the waiting list and our staff.
