FAQs

Most areas require 3-5 treatments applied every 4-6 weeks to achieve optimal results. Long-term results depend on several factors such as the hair thickness, the area treated, and the hair’s growth cycle.
It is safe and comfortable to receive treatment. Skin will be treated with a clear gel. An applicator that delivers the BBL energy is cooled to ensure minimal discomfort. Depending on the size and the location of the treated area, your provider may choose to glide the applicator over the skin or stamp it. There may be a feeling of warmth or stinging in the treatment area. Safety shields or glasses will be used to protect your eyes. Patients’ levels of sensitivity will vary. Before treatment, discuss your sensitivity with your clinician.
Treatment times differ according to the type of hair and skin you have and the size of the area being treated. A smaller area usually takes a few minutes, while a large area can take 15 minutes or more. Downtime is minimal with Forever Bare BBL.
There may be a bit of redness following your treatment, which should subside within a few hours. After a few days to a week following treatment, you may notice slight hair regrowth. Due to the Forever Bare BBL treatment, this hair sheds and does not grow back. There is minimal aftercare required.
